All our flavours are baked freshly to order using only the finest ingredients.  We advise choosing more than one flavour in tiered cakes to give your guests a choice.

Our iced cakes are coated in a layer of co-ordinating Belgian chocolate ganache prior to icing.

Madagascan Vanilla

A beautifully moist classic Madagascan vanilla sponge drizzled with vanilla syrup, layered and filled with vanilla buttercream and your choice of strawberry or raspberry conserve.

Rich chocolate fudge cake

A really indulgent moist chocolate cake using the finest quality Belgian dark chocolate layered and filled with a chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate and salted caramel

My signature rich chocolate fudge cake layered and filled with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream.

White chocolate

A moist and delicious light white chocolate sponge filled and layered with either raspberry conserve or passion fruit curd and white chocolate buttercream.

Lemon

A moist and zesty lemon cake drizzled with a lemon syrup, layered and filled with a tangy lemon buttercream and a luxurious lemon curd.

Carrot

A beautifully moist carrot cake made with plump juicy raisins, fresh local carrots, cinnamon and orange layered and filled with a zesty orange buttercream.

Coffee and walnut

A light coffee and walnut cake layered and filled with an espresso buttercream.

Sticky toffee

A light “sticky toffee pudding” cake layered and filled with a homemade butterscotch sauce and caramel buttercream.

Red velvet

A vibrant red velvet cake drizzled with vanilla syrup, layered and filled with a vanilla buttercream.

Rich fruit

Traditional brandy infused fruit cake with plump, juicy fruits, warming spices and marzipan.
